Dare to try Aamras Dosa? Internet Says ‘No Thanks!’

The internet is full of all kinds of food experiment videos. Foodies never miss a chance to try new dishes and come up with interesting combinations. While some of these attempts are successful, others are just bizarre. For example, the dosa has been subject to some strange combinations. From ice cream dosa and cheesy matcha dosa to Korean noodles dosa, there is no dearth of quirky dosa recipes here. Adding to the list, this time it is aamras dosa. Yes, you heard us right. In a recent video that is going viral on the internet, a man can be seen making dosa with aamras and it has left the internet fuming.

A video of this bizarre aamras dosa was shared on Twitter by @SpringIndia. In the clip, we can see a strange aamras dosa being made. The video begins with a man spreading dosa batter on a tawa. After this, he puts some butter and pours a bowl of aamras on the dosa. He then garnishes it with grated paneer and fresh coriander leaves before cutting it into pieces. The fusion doesn’t end there as the dosa is served with a bowl of aamras instead of the usual accompaniment of sambar. “It’s mango season, so how can we miss it. Please try it once at your own risk. Well, this is not the first time that dosa has been in the news. Recently, a tweet about dosa left the internet divided. In the photo we can see dosa with chutney and something that was not sambar. It was paired with a bowl of chickpeas instead.
