Pavitra Kaur was the blogger who created this recipe for Strawberry Pasta. The video was shared on his Instagram handle @theclassyfoodophile. The clip has garnered over 46.2k views and 1.2k likes since the time it was posted. “This combination may sound weird but you have to believe me, it’s not weird at all. I just replaced the tomatoes with strawberries,” the blogger explained in the caption.
Strawberries are in season at the moment which is why the blogger thought of replacing tomatoes with strawberries in a simple pasta recipe. First, she heated some olive oil and then added some chopped garlic to it. then he added sliced strawberries With basil leaves, salt, black pepper and red chili powder.
