It’s time for beer, beer and more beer in Delhi! Yes, you heard that right! And no, we’re not talking Oktoberfest here. We are talking about a brand new brewery in the capital, Déj Brew, a hybrid brew lounge that serves the freshest beer and the best coffee. With a calm and intimate ambiance, Deja Brew is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a mug of craft beer! Perhaps the October fest came in Delhi earlier this year!
All you need to do is drink a cool mug of beer to de-stress the day and get some respite from the sultry summer weather. Ask any beer lover and they’ll nod ‘yes’. But, loving your beer and knowing your beer are two different things. Knowing your beer only adds to the joy of drinking it. So, to enable all the beer lovers to enjoy their drink in its initial form, the people there also help you understand the different types of beer and food items to pair with them. Now, that’s interesting, isn’t it?!
The brewery offers five prepared beers: Hefeweizen, Belgian Blonde, Niepa, Indian Pale Ale, and Stout. We tasted all five but were quite impressed with Neepa. It is hazy and golden-yellow in color with a nice head on it! In taste, it is less bitter and smoother than the Indian Pale Ale which makes it very easy to drink!
The brewhouse also serves up the finest coffee as well as an extensive menu with a deja brew flair. The food on offer includes modern inspired world cuisine with creamy and tangy flavours, be it European, Indian or Italian, sprinkled with a pronounced deja bru twist! Our Recommendations: Mushroom Croquettes, Chicken Croquettes, Polenta Chips, Prawn ए la Pancha, Buffalo Chicken Tenders, Quinoa and Barley Salad, and Field Mushroom Pizza.
To add to the experience, Deja Brew offers wines, single malts, and other spirits to pair with premium cigars, along with beer and coffee.
