Rajasekhar, in his reply, has said that he should be allowed to discharge his duties as per the complaint in law and the documents and records on file. Rajasekhar delineates that inquisitorial inquiries are conducted as per the protocols and rules laid down by the Central Block Commission.

The senior IAS officer also urged that Sanjay Jain, Additional Solicitor General (ASG), may be allowed personal engagement of the High Court as Special Counsel/Briefing Counsel along with Yoginder Handu and if so, the case be taken up. Can also be brought in the name of the Supreme Court. He said the details from the case could be given to Greenish Salve, senior advocate in the Supreme Court.
