The recipe was shared on Instagram Reels, where it garnered over 1 million views and 25k likes in just 72 hours. The blogger called it ‘The Katrina Kaif Smoothie’.

In the viral video, he recreated a smoothie recipe shared by Katrina Kaif. Originally, the recipe made an appearance on a cooking show on YouTube featuring Mini Mathur. The latter is called a smoothie recipe Katrina Kaif’s Crazy Konkoction in video. Katrina Kaif explained on the show, “It’s actually a smoothie. It’s actually a recipe from a really good book.” “If you follow the recipe as I told you, I promise it will be delicious,” she said.

So, what goes into making Katrina Kaif’s smoothie recipe?

Here are all the ingredients needed to make Katrina Kaif’s smoothie:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 4-5 leaves mint / mint
  • 4-5 leaves spinach
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 300 ml water
  • 2 pcs ice cubes
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
