After the official announcement by the Chief Minister, there will be an increase in Dearness Allowance from 34 percent to 38 percent.
The increase will be effective from July 2022 but will be due along with this month’s salary.
Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sharma said on Twitter, “Happy to announce 4% Additional Dearness Allowance with effect from 1st July 2022 for State Government Employees/All India Service Officers, payable along with this month’s salary.
