Ducati Scrambler Tribute Pro 1100 launched in India at Rs 12.89 lakh – Times of India

Ducati India launched today scrambler Tribute 1100 Pro at a starting price of Rs 12.89 lakh (ex-showroom), the company’s first launch in the year 2022. This Scrambler 1100 sports some distinctive styling features such as a 1970s Ducati logo, a ‘Giallo Ocra’ livery (which includes a black frame and a brown seat), and black spoked wheels. The Italian motorcycle maker says the Tribute 1100 Pro has been styled to pay tribute to the history of the air-cooled twin-cylinder engine.
This engine was first seen in Ducati in 1971 with the Ducati 750 GT. And now, 50 years later a modern Ducati pays tribute to its legacy. The Giallo Ocra paint job was popular at the time and was used on the twin-cylinder 450 Desmo Mono and 750 Sport in 1972.
Festive style is highlighted by the 1970s Ducati logo, designed by Giugiaro. It also gets round rearview mirrors, brown seats with custom stitching and a black finish on the spoke wheels.
In terms of powertrain, the Tribute 1100 Pro is powered by the same 1079cc L-twin as the standard Scrambler 1100. The engine makes 86 hp at 7,500 rpm and 91.2 Nm of torque at 4,750 rpm. It gets three ride modes – Active, Journey and City.
