England beat Australia by 8 wickets on Saturday to register their third successive win in the ongoing T20 World Cup. Chasing 126, Jos Buttler (71*) and Jason Roy (22) got off to a good start with an opening stand of 66 runs. After Roy’s dismissal, Buttler became more aggressive and scored an unbeaten 71 in just 32 balls with the help of 5 sixes and 5 fours. Earlier, the England bowlers bundled out Australia for 125 runs with excellent bowling from Chris Jordan (3/17) and Chris Woakes (2/23). Liam Livingstone was the most economical bowler for England as he conceded just 15 runs in his four overs of off-spin. Livingstone also got the wicket of Matthew Wade (20), who at one point was going well with Australia captain Aaron Finch (44).
