Just heat one tbsp. Heat oil in a pan and fry spices like cumin, cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom, cloves and mustard seeds. Then fry the chopped onions with some ginger, garlic and green chillies. Add vegetables like cauliflower, carrots, beans and peas. Also add sprouted pulses and add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder. Mix well and let it all cook. Then add boiled rice to it and garnish with kasoori methi. serve hot.
