How to make Chilli Idli:

To make Chili Idli, you need fresh or leftover idlis. cut them idli in desired size. Then in a bowl mix corn starch, all purpose flour, salt, pepper and ginger garlic paste and make a thin batter. Now heat oil in a pan, coat the idlis well and fry till they turn crispy golden. Keep them aside.

Heat oil in another pan, add finely chopped garlic, green chillies and onions and fry them lightly. Add capsicum, black pepper and a little salt to it. Then add red chili sauce, sauce, vinegar and soy sauce in it. Cook all these things for few seconds. Add corn flour to it and mix.

Lastly, add the idlis, and mix everything well. Serve garnished with green onions.
