Rajkot and Jamnagar districts of Gujarat received heavy rains since midnight. Heavy floods wreaked havoc in Dhoraji, Paddhari and Gondal talukas of Rajkot. Kalavad and Dhrol talukas of Jamnagar also received good rains. Khimrana village of Jamnagar district has been cut off by the floods. Aliabada village is also reported to have been flooded due to rain. Rajkot Collector has declared one day holiday in schools and colleges due to heavy rains.
