Hero XPulse 200 4V comes with four-valve technology that packs more power than before and also gets better cooling, revised gear ratios and new color options.
Hero XPulse 200 4V gets enough updates just in time for the festive season
Hero MotoCorp has launched the new XPulse 200 4V priced at ₹ 1.28 Lakh (Ex-showroom, Delhi). NS Hero XPulse 200 4V The entry-level adventure brings four-valve technology to the motorcycle along with several other upgrades as part of the update. The 199.6 cc single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine now gets 18.8 bhp at 8,500 rpm and a four-valve head making 17.35 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm. In comparison, the two-valve version of the same engine developed 17.8 bhp and 16.45 Nm of peak torque. Compared to the two-valve variant, the XPulse 200 4V has seen a price hike of ₹5,000.

The new Hero XPulse 200 4Vis is offered in three colors – Trail Blue, Blitz Blue and Red Red
Hero has also updated the cooling system with 7 fin oil cooler for better heat dissipation. The gearbox has been updated with revised gear ratios for better traceability and acceleration. Hero also says that the updates help reduce vibrations on the motorcycle to a minimum.

The 2022 Hero XPulse 200 4V also comes with three new color schemes – Trail Blue, Blitz Blue and Red Red. The switchgear has also seen an update with an integrated starter and engine cut-off switch. Other features remain the same including LED headlamps and taillight, Bluetooth-enabled instrument console, single-channel ABS and more.
Buyers can still get the rally kit for Hero XPulse 200 4V
The bike gets telescopic forks with 190 mm of travel, 10-step adjustable monoshock rear suspension with 170 mm of travel and dual purpose tyres. The seat height is 825 mm while the ground clearance is 220 mm. Hero will continue to offer rally kits on the XPulse 200 4V. The kit is completely legal and is also compatible with FMSCI approved motorsports events. It gets longer travel suspension, flat saddle, knobby tyres and a new side-stand.
