Now mix all the ingredients well and make small tikkis out of it. Instead of frying them in oil, take a griddle and apply some oil on it. Now place the tikkis on a hot pan and let it turn golden brown from both the sides. Serve them with sauce or green chutney.

bhel puri

Take puff of rice, finely chopped potato, onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander or any vegetable of your choice. To replace papdi, you can take a whole wheat chapati and cook it till it becomes very crunchy. Now crush it in the same way as you crush papdi in bhel puri. Add tamarind chutney, green chutney and a spoonful of lemon juice to it. Your healthy bhel puri is ready.

lick gram

To make the filling, choose an avocado that is soft, scoop it out with a spoon. Now take it out in a bowl and beat it a little. Add a spoonful of yogurt or mayonnaise to it. Now add finely chopped vegetables, salt and pepper to it. Now take a piece of bread and spread the mixture on it. Close it using another bread slice. Now put some butter on a non stick pan. Place the sandwich and let it cook till it turns golden brown. Flip both sides. And your avocado toast is ready.
