First, heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and wait till the onion becomes transparent. Now add garlic paste and fry on low to medium flame for a minute.

Add boiled and mashed sweet corn. Add red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder and salt as per taste. Cook for few minutes.

The next step is to mash the leftover steamed rice well in a bowl. Put the veggie mixture and 2 tbsp of the roasted semolina in a bowl. Mix well to make a thick mixture.
