How To Make Palak Paneer Paratha – A healthy paratha recipe for breakfast

Palak Paneer Paratha Recipe: How To Make Palak Paneer Paratha

First of all, wash and blanch the spinach leaves thoroughly. Now put flour, salt and oil in a plate. Add water gradually and make a smooth dough by mixing all the ingredients. Cover it with a wet cloth and keep it aside for 30 minutes.

For the stuffing, squeeze out the water from the boiled spinach leaves and put them in a mixer-grinder to make a coarse paste. Grate the paneer in a bowl and add the prepared spinach paste to it. Add chopped onions, green chillies, salt, chaat masala, garam masala, cumin powder, mozzarella cheese and coriander leaves. mix well.

Meanwhile, prepare a paste of fine flour by mixing flour and water in a bowl. Take a small portion of the dough, coat it with flour and spread it evenly using a rolling pin. Place 2 tbsp of the prepared stuffing on the rolled dough and using the flour paste, gently fold all the edges.

Heat a tawa on a low-medium flame and cook the paratha evenly from both the sides. (Make sure to coat it with ghee or butter while cooking). Palak Paneer Paratha is ready!
