First of all wash and dry the mint leaves thoroughly. (Be sure to remove the stem.) Pop them in the microwave in 30-second intervals until they’re dry and you’ve got a fine mint powder. Now, roll out the wheat paratha dough evenly and spread sufficient amount of ghee on it. Sprinkle some mint powder, red chili powder, salt and all purpose flour over it.

Cut the parantha into small strips, fold and roll them together to make a peda. Roll out the dough with the help of flour and put some more mint powder on top. Take it out on a pan on medium heat.
