Earlier, MI won the toss and decided to bowl first. At the toss, MI skipper Rohit Sharma confirmed that Tymal Mills has returned to the playing XI in place of Ramandeep Singh. Meanwhile, PBKS is unchanged from the previous match. With four losses in as many games so far, MI have a huge task on their hands to qualify for the playoffs at the end of the league stage.
