iVoomi Energy: iVoomi Energy to launch D2C platform to deliver e-scooters – Times of India

Electric Two Wheeler Manufacturer iVooMe Energy announced that it will start direct-to-customer (D2C) sales from June 4, 2022. Customers can directly book the desired model online and can opt for direct home delivery. “Under this model, the company aims to ensure seamless, hassle-free and cost-effective mobility solutions with pickup facility along with delivering products at the doorstep of the customers,” the company said in a press release.
iVOOMi Energy’s online platform includes all its latest models, including the recently launched iVOOMi S1. Soon this EV will be followed by many new EVs in the future. The company also said that all these models are ICAT certified and registered by the Regional Transport Office (RTO).
The deliveries of the new electric scooter are said to start in June. Delivery will start in Pune and Nagpur, followed by pan-India distribution through its channel partners.
Through the launch of this platform, the company says that it wants to make online shopping and selling options more convenient for customers. The iVoomi online platform will also be equipped with a dedicated customer care number and an email wherein consumers can interact with the company for instant inquiries and after-sales support of the vehicle.
The company also said that it intends to release an app for Android and iOS devices that will allow customers to claim warranty, servicing requirements and accessories as well as the upcoming iVoom electric vehicles.
