New Delhi: Eyewitness Nidhi, who was sitting behind 20-year-old Anjali Singh whose scooty was hit by a car while dragging her for several kilometers in the national capital on New Year’s Day, was earlier arrested in a case related to the crime. Police sources said Nidhi is currently out on bail. Nidhi was arrested on December 6, 2020 at Agra railway station for allegedly bringing ganja by train from Telangana. Later he was arrested. Along with Nidhi, two boys named Sameer and Ravi were also arrested.
Meanwhile, in the Kanjhawala case, the Delhi Police on Friday said that Nidhi has been asked to join the probe and clarified that she has not been arrested.
