The actress, in a series of Instagram posts, gave us a glimpse into how she spent her Thanksgiving this year. In the photos, she showed off a whole turkey roasted to perfection and stuffed with some scrumptious vegetables. Behind it, we saw what looked to be some grilled ribs.

Turkey – 1

Chicken mince – 500 grams

Pork – 200 grams

Pork fat – 50 grams

Pistachios – 60 grams

Cashew – 60 grams

Raisins – 60 grams

Carrot – 20 grams

Eggs – 2

Cream – 150 ml

brandy – 100 ml

Broccoli – 150 grams

Baby corn – 100 grams

Honey Glazed Potatoes – 200 grams

Butter – 150 grams

red wine – 60 ml

Cranberry Sauce – 200 grams

Horseradish – 50 grams

Oil – 100 ml

a pinch of rosemary and parsley

Now follow the steps given below to prepare the turkey.

Step – 1 Clean the turkey thoroughly from inside keeping the skin intact.

Step – 2 Take a mixing bowl and add chicken mince, dried fruits, lard, eggs, carrots, brandy, cream, parsley and rosemary.

Step – 3 Stuff the mixture into the turkey breast and tie it to seal the mixture.

Step – 4 Place the turkey in a baking tray with onions, carrots, celery, garlic and oil.

Step – 5 Cook it for about 1 hour at 300 degree Celsius till the turkey turns golden brown and becomes tender.

Step – 6 Serve turkey with cranberry sauce, buttered vegetables, horseradish and glazed sweet potatoes.
