Karnataka CET 2022 result on July 30, check details

result of Karnataka Common Entrance Test (CET) will be declared on Saturday, July 30, said Higher Education Minister Dr CN Ashwath Narayan on Monday.

Around 2.2 lakh students appeared for KCET 2022 which was conducted on June 16, 17 and 18.

Narayan said that students studying under CBSE and ICSE syllabus in class 12th were also allowed to appear in KCET this year.

He said that students who appeared for KCET will have to upload their marksheets on the website of Karnataka Examination Authority by Tuesday evening.

Students can follow the steps listed below to check their result.

1) Log on to the official website of KEA at kea.kar.nic.in.

2) Click on ‘KCET Result 2022’ on the home page.

3) Enter your login details and click on ‘Submit’.

4) Your result will be displayed on the screen.

5) Check the result and download it.

KCET is a state level entrance exam for admission to undergraduate engineering, pharmacy and other professional courses in the participating institutes in Karnataka.

This year, 486 Observers (Assistant Commissioner Cadre), 972 Special Inspection Team members, 486 Guardians, and around 9,600 Observers and a total of 20,483 officers were deployed to discharge the examination duties.

The candidates appearing for the examination were prohibited from wearing or carrying any type of wrist watch in the examination hall/room. They were allowed to carry only 2-3 ball points but no pencil or ink-pen was allowed. Transparent water bottles without stickers or writing were also allowed.

Full sleeve shirts/T-shirts, head and ear coverings, jewellery, modern electronic devices were also prohibited in the examination hall/room.
