“Khatron Ke Khiladi”: Video shows woman crossing railway track seconds before train’s arrival

The video has been viewed over 204,000 times.

A video of a woman crossing a railway track, seconds before the train’s arrival on the second track, has gone viral on the internet.

Indian Administrative (IAS) officer Avneesh Sharan shared the clip on Twitter with a word of advice. “Jaan tere naam. The decision is yours,” read the post caption when translated into English.

In the video, several people are seen getting down from a train that was not parked on any railway platform. The person recording the video is informing people trying to cross the tracks of an oncoming train. However, the warning created panic in one family, who hastily started throwing their belongings on the other side of the track.

Amidst the commotion, a woman is seen crossing the railway track just before the arrival of the train on another track. His life could also be lost due to this dangerous stunt. But luckily, she managed to return safely.

The IAS officer asked people not to do such work as it is unsafe. Internet users reprimanded the passengers, especially the woman, for their reckless behaviour. One user wrote, ‘Idea number 56.. from the book of 1001 dumb ways to die.’ Another said, “What an idiot they are. And it is the people who want development (development).”

A third called bus passengers “danger players”, while a fourth commented, “Why so much risk. Playing with our own lives.”

The video was shared on Tuesday and has since garnered over 204,000 views. It is not yet known where the incident took place.
