Delhi-based electric vehicle manufacturer, Komaki Electric Vehicles has announced that the company will launch a new electric scooter called “Venice”. According to the company, the Venice will be a high-speed electric scooter and will be available in 10 different colours, and will be launched at an affordable price. The Venetian electric scooter will come with new-age features like regenerative braking, repair switches as well as mobile connectivity, and will be the perfect blend of modern technology and iconic style, the company said in a statement.

Talking about the launch of this new model, Gunjan Malhotra, Director, Komaki Electric Division said, “Venice is going to be one of our most exciting launches. Iconic design coupled with modern technology in 10 stunning colors. There is going to be a mix. Perfect treat for customers. We have put a lot of effort in R&D to ensure that this model is one of a kind. It is equipped with all modern features like repair switch, regenerative braking system and many more Which will make it an ideal scooter for plying on Indian roads.”

The company has only teased an image of the new scooter, and as of now, no specifications or other details have been announced. As per the Komaki EV, the Venetian electric scooter will have a larger seating area along with additional storage box facility which will make it a complete package for all types of customers. The company also recently announced the launch of a new electric cruiser motorcycle, which will also be an affordable product in the EV segment. As of now, no launch dates have been announced, neither for the Venice electric scooter, nor for the electric cruiser motorcycle.
