Taking to his Instagram handle, the ‘Khosla Ka Ghosla’ actor posted a picture of his father along with a message.

He described his father as his biggest inspiration.

He wrote, “My dear father Krishna Dev Shourie passed away peacefully at the age of 92, surrounded by his children and grandchildren. He has left behind wonderful memories and many admirers. I have lost my greatest source of inspiration and security.”

As soon as the news was shared, Ranveer’s fans and friends from the industry quipped in the comments section.
