An official said the dismissal and suspension of medical personnel attached to Vidul PHC came after an inquiry by District Health Officer Prahlad Chavan, who had visited the facility on August 20.
Chavan said that the Chief Executive Officer of Yavatmal Zilla Parishad has taken this action.
