BJP MLAs in Madhya Pradesh are taking out Vikas Yatra to show development in their areas. But this development journey is now becoming a bone in his throat. Due to lack of development at the grassroots level, people have now started protesting openly. The election matter is of Devarachi village of Mungawali in Ashoknagar district, where Minister of State for Public Health Engineering Brajendra Singh Yadav was sprinkled with itching powder by the local people on Tuesday night.

During the Vikas Yatra, MLA Devendra Verma reached village Gohlari, where his development chariot got stuck on the village road, which was pulled out with the help of a tractor. When the MLAs went ahead to participate in the programme, the Vikas Rath was trapped in potholes on the roads of many villages. After two hours of effort, the BJP leaders got them out with the help of tractors and villagers.
