Students preparing for other competitive exams can also take advantage of this facility. Classes will be conducted in both English and Tamil and students can opt for any language.
The department has conducted low key coaching for few weeks just before NEET during last two years but department is conducting the exam this year with full professional efficiency.
A senior official of the school education department told IANS that industry-affiliated teachers would be roped in and students would be provided with high-quality exam-oriented training programs, which would help them crack competitive exams.
One teacher from each school will act as the coordinator of the programme. According to the school education department, 50 students will be selected for class 12 students and the selection will be done on the basis of 11th class exam marks. 20 students will be admitted for class 11 and selection will be on the basis of class X marks.
The school education department said in the statement that the classes will be conducted individually and the marks obtained by the students in the tests conducted in the recorded and registered classes for evaluation on the progress of the students.
