Cooking Tips: How to Make Casserole in an Electric Kettle:

  • Put some oil and cumin in a kettle.
  • Turn on the kettle until it turns off on its own.
  • Now add soaked rice in it and add double the water.
  • Add soya nuggets, peas and ginger-garlic paste to it.
  • Add red chili powder, mix the spices, garam masala and salt as per taste.
  • Mix everything well and close the lid.
  • Switch on the kettle and let it cook for a maximum of six minutes.
  • Switch off, mix and then switch on again. Continue this process till the rice is cooked.
  • When you see that all the water has been absorbed, turn off the kettle and leave it for seven minutes.
  • And you have a delicious plate of casserole which is ready to eat.
