How does this work?
Businesses can map out the exact approvals required from different ministries using the Know Your Approval tab of the website after which they can apply for multiple licenses or approvals under the same business ID. Once they submit their single application, businesses will also be able to track the status of their approvals and receive them through the portal. It simplifies the process of interacting with ministries and obtaining approvals.
Jain further added that NSWS is in line with the Government’s Vision India 47 to formulate a robust plan for the automotive sector to become one of the top two automotive manufacturing countries in the world over the next 25 years. The Secretary, Ministry of Commerce and Industry expects the Indian economy to become an optimistic US$ 32 trillion by 2047 and the auto sector could be at US$ 7 trillion of that figure.
