Nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar shares 3 forgotten foods to beat hot flashes; check them in

Summer is approaching us, and honestly, no one is quite ready for those hot winds and sweaty weather. The environment around us turns into very dry and humid; Many changes take place in our body too. In the video she is telling what are hot flashes and what are their symptoms. She then mentions that “our bodies start to spiral out of control, and we also have a variety of other symptoms such as skin pigmentation, hair loss, loss of satiety, swelling, irritation and more.”

After explaining this, she talks about the three foods that one should include in their diet. First, she mentions Kopra Pak, also known as Nariyal Barfi. Rujuta says, “Instead of eating other anti-oxidant rich foods like cocoa powder and all, coconut barfi actually helps you a lot. You can have a piece of it at 11 am or after lunch. Therefore, eating this chutney can help with skin and hair problems along with gas, bloating, and acidity.”
