Oats Manchurian: Give a Unique Twist to Regular Manchurian Recipe

As the name suggests, this recipe from Manchurian includes oats along with various vegetables and some seasonings. The balls made of oats batter get baked instead of frying. To make, first take a bowl and put vegetables, oats flour and a little rice flour in it. Make small bowls with the help of this batter. (Remember: the batter should be smooth and soft enough that the balls don’t burst while baking or roasting).

Take an idli/appe pan or baking tray, place these balls on it and bake for 5-6 minutes and keep rotating in between till they turn golden brown.

Then heat some oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic paste and all the chopped vegetables and fry for some time. Then pour the sauce with salt and pepper and cook everything thoroughly for 2-3 minutes.

The last step is to add the cooked Manchurian balls to the mixture and boil it for 5 minutes. Add water if needed or if you want a little more gravy.
