In a horrific video captured on CCTV in Madhya Pradesh’s capital Bhopal, a four-year-old girl was chased, dragged to the ground and then bitten by a group of dogs. The stray dogs left the girl only after she was chased by a passerby. The child has been admitted to the hospital with serious injuries. The daughter of the laborer was playing outside the house when the dogs attacked her.
