Out of all the amazing Italian places in Delhi NCR, Fat Lulu’s Cafe & Bar has to be one of our all-time favourites. Much to the delight of diners, they recently launched a new summer menu. We sampled some of the amazing treats offered at their Khan Market outlet, and these were our top 5 recommendations from their summer menu.

1. Mango Burrata Salad
With fresh burrata cheese, alphonso mango, pickled beetroot and raquet leaves – this salad turns out to be the best taste of summer. The addition of candied walnuts and sunflower seeds provided an added and addictive crunch.

2. Pull-Up Garlic Bread
One of Fat Lulu’s signature dishes, this Pull-Up Garlic Bread is the ultimate essential. Filled with cream cheese melts and melted garlic butter – it’s served with marinara sauce on the side.

3. Gasper’s Pizza
For those of you who enjoy loaded pizza, this Gaspar Pizza is a different class. It’s topped with paprika chicken, mushrooms, asparagus, jalapenos and red paprika and finished with homemade chili jam and roasted garlic.

4. Mama Rossa Pasta
Truly the most amazing pasta dish you can ever taste! Sampling the Mama Rossa was a delight for our taste buds, thanks to the goodness of San Marzano tomatoes and cream in its sauce with a hint of vodka.

5. Kaffir Lime and Orange Lemonade and Pina Colada
Can a summer menu ever be complete without a drink? We tried the Pina Colada Mocktail with Kaffir Lime and Orange Lemonade. Both refreshing drinks were cold and ideal for cooling off on hot summer days.
