‘Pakistan expert in international terrorism’: External Affairs Minister takes a jibe at neighbour, praises PM Modi

India’s External Affairs Minister (EAM) S Jaishankar, in an interactive program, praised Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi’s diplomatic regime and said that ‘hopefully there will be no need to change it with time’. The External Affairs Minister also said that no other country practices terrorism like neighboring Pakistan.
