phonepeIndia’s leading digital payments platform has invited suitable candidates to apply for the role of Customer Service Consultant. The recruitment is being conducted to fill up the post of Mutual Fund Specialist for its in-house customer experience team. Selected candidates will be responsible for solving customer queries and improving their experience related to Mutual Funds.

“In this role, you will provide support to ensure that issues are either resolved expeditiously or flagged accordingly,” the official notice said.
