The top court was hearing a petition filed by Sharad Zaveri, a follower of the Mohjit community belonging to the Tapagach sect of Shwetambar pagan Jains, and others, seeking implementation of the 1991 Act and stopping the change in form.
A bench of Justices DY Chandrachud and JB Pardiwala observed that the dispute in the present case was between two factions of Tapagach sect of the Shwetambar pagan Jain community.
The top court said, “The above problem will be resolved in accordance with 32 cases and Ocean’s answers will be on the basis of affidavits.”
The bench said, “The petitioner should do the architecture. It is established to ensure stability.”
The External Court held that these are included in the form of Section 92 of the Code of Procedure, 1908.
This Court said, “This Court thought that Vishnu of 32 is in accordance with this view. Having evolved naturally naturally.”
