Punjab: Drug smuggler arrested by Ludhiana Rural Police. Ludhiana News – Times of India

Ludhiana: Rural police in Ludhiana district has arrested a drug smuggler after recovering 4,500 intoxicating pills from him.
The accused has been identified as Sarabjit Singh Sarban, a resident of Bhaini Gujran.
SSP Rajbachan Singh Sandhu said that following a tip-off, the police arrested Sarabjit from T-Point Khurshedpura and seized narcotics from his possession.
Police said Sarabjit’s aide has not been arrested yet.
Police said that Sarabjit will be produced in the court so that his police remand can be taken after which he will be interrogated.
Meanwhile, the police have also arrested Daljit Singh Vijay, a resident of Sidhwan Kalan and recovered 500 grams of opium from him.
