Doha: Sheikh Tamim bin Hamadi, Emir of Qatar al-thani received a letter from the Russian president Vladimir Putin Qatari state news agency said on Tuesday with regard to issues of mutual interest as well as ways to support and strengthen bilateral ties between the two countries.
