Rakul Preet shared a snapshot of her dinner on Instagram. In the story, we can see vegetables and rice. The vegetables seem to be a mix of prawns, mushrooms, garlic, broccoli, onions and bell peppers. While some chopped vegetables seem to be mixed in rice too. In the story, he wrote, “Yam @rashichowdary.”

Rakul’s nutritionist Rashi Choudhary later shared the same story again. He praised Rakul for making the meal perfectly and said, “Rice to vegetable ratio on Rakulpreet.” Check out the story here:

Boil prawn heads in water. Add red chili, turmeric and salt and let it boil for 15-20 minutes. Mix all the ingredients of the marinade. Coat the prawns well with the marinade and let it marinate for half an hour. Heat oil in a deep pan and add whole spices. Start with onions and fry till lightly browned. Then add garlic paste and ginger paste. stir well. Now add the ground spices.

Add tomatoes with grated coconut. Add in rice and mix well. Cover and cook till the rice is cooked. Once done, add the marinated prawns and mix gently. Serve and enjoy!
