On Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 14, Upasana shared a picture on Instagram and penned a note describing the reasons behind embracing motherhood. Celebrating her first Mother’s Day, the star-wife said she is ‘proud to embrace motherhood for all the right reasons’.
Sharing a picture flaunting her baby bump in an all-black outfit, Upasana wrote, “I am proud to embrace motherhood for all the right reasons. I didn’t do it to conform or fit in with society’s expectations. My decision to become a mother was not motivated by a desire to carry on a legacy or strengthen my marriage. I made the decision to have a child when I was emotionally ready to give the unconditional love and care that my Baby needs it for her overall well being. Celebrating my first #MothersDay.”
