Salman Khan’s assassination plot foiled; Lawrence Bishnoi’s colleague posts sharpshooter outside Galaxy apartment – Times of India

Soon after the announcement, a shocking revelation was made by Times Now, alleging that an attempt was made to kill the Bollywood superstar and a sharpshooter was placed outside the actor’s residence.

The report alleged that the gangster and his men were tracking the activities of the actor and the sharpshooter knew that the actor would go out for cycling in the neighborhood without the company of any bodyguards.

The plan to kill the actor was reportedly underway when Salman was about to leave his residence for an event. However, with additional police personnel in the area, the shooter who was reportedly kept outside the actor’s residence, backed out at the last minute fearing being caught.

It is being told that two dozen criminal cases are registered against Brar in several states.

It was earlier reported that the Mumbai Police suspected a possible involvement of the Bishnoi gang, and as a precaution, security was beefed up at Khan’s residence – Galaxy Apartments, Bandra West.

Reports also said that the Mumbai Police suspected that the possible attackers may have secretly investigated the movement of mines in the area and their residence.

Bishnoi had earlier vowed to kill Salman Khan after the actor was accused in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case in Rajasthan.

Salim Khan was handed an unsigned, hand-written threat letter by an unidentified person on a bench where he usually rests after jogging at the Bandra Bandstand promenade at around 7.30 am. on Sunday.

The threat letter ended with some initials including ‘LB’, which the police suspected referred to ‘Lawrence Bishnoi’.
