Saraswat Bank partners with Tagit to deploy omnichannel banking

New Delhi: Saraswat Bank has partnered with Tagit to implement an omnichannel digital banking solution for its retail and corporate customers. Under the agreement, the bank will use Tagit’s Mobix digital banking platform to enhance customer experience by offering a comprehensive set of digital services securely anytime, anywhere.

The Mobeix platform will provide retail and business banking customers of the bank with seamless on-premise services, comprehensive features, excellent UX and robust security across mobile and web. This will lead to increased market reach, faster time to market and increased customer engagement.

“Our collaboration with Tagit is one such initiative to provide omnichannel convenience to our customers through the new Mobile B=Banking and Internet Banking application. This will be achieved through a seamless user journey through enhanced accessibility and provide a rich user experience.”

As of March 2022, the bank was spread across six states – Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka – had a business of 71,000 crores and a net profit of Rs. 275.02 cr. Bad loans stood at 0.65%.
