Satish Maneshinde shares a turning point in Aryan Khan’s drug case

The Bombay High Court on Thursday (October 28) granted bail to Aryan Khan in the Mumbai cruise drugs seizure case, after his lawyer Satish Maneshinde said there was no evidence against the star kid. He was wrongly arrested. In an exclusive interview with India TV, Aryan’s lawyer Maneshinde said that neither drugs were recovered from Aryan nor any medical test was done. The bail should have been given earlier. Magistrate should have granted bail Shahrukh Khanson of but it did not happen. Since Aryan’s bail was rejected twice earlier, both a magisterial court in Mumbai and a special NDPS court, “we approached the High Court”.

Advocate Maneshinde said that the NCB had implicated Aryan Khan in an “illegal” manner as there was no evidence against him. He should not have been kept in judicial custody for long. When asked the reason for this, Maneshinde said, “I also want to know why Aryan Khan was kept in custody for 27 days when there was no evidence against him. We are waiting for the court’s order tomorrow.” Let us inform that Aryan Khan has been in Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai since October 8 and was in the custody of NCB for some time before that.
