Schezwan Sauce: You can pair this spicy dish with momos, noodles and more

Indo-Chinese food, especially noodles, momos, fried rice and fried vegetables, seems incomplete without this pungent condiment – ​​schezwan sauce. It is a mouth-watering combination of tangy, tangy and basically, some surprisingly delicious ingredients. Schezwan Sauce not only adds flavor to the food but also enhances its overall taste thereby adding more flavor to the prepared food. But, have you ever wanted to prepare Schezwan Sauce at home instead of buying it from the market? Well, yes, celebrity chef Saransh Goila recently shared a perfect recipe for schezwan sauce which can be easily prepared at the comfort of your home.

material:

250 kashmiri dry red chilli

4 guntur red chillies

1/2 cup roasted sesame oil

2 star fennel

2 tbsp garlic (chopped)

2 tbsp ginger (chopped)

2 tbsp onion paste.

Chili paste

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

3 tablespoons ketchup

salt to taste

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 cup water

Here’s How You Can Make Some Spicy Schezwan Sauce?

1) Take Kashmiri dry red chili and guntur chili, remove the stalk and soak them in boiling water for about an hour. After soaking, make a thick paste.

2) Heat sesame oil in a separate pan. Add fennel, chopped ginger and garlic and saute till the mixture becomes translucent. Add onion paste as per prescribed quantity and mix well.

3) Now add prepared chili paste to this mixture. Cook for a few minutes and add a few more ingredients, including soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ketchup, salt and sugar. Lastly add some water and mix well. Cook it on medium heat till the oil starts separating. Schezwan sauce is ready.
