India wicket-keeper batsman Wriddhiman Saha expressed happiness after his inspiring performance in the ongoing first Test against New Zealand at the Green Park Stadium on Sunday. India ended the fourth day on a high after half-centuries from Shreyas Iyer and Wriddhiman Saha, before Ravichandran Ashwin set New Zealand a target of 284 runs to get Will Young’s scalp. Shreyas Iyer stole the show yet again with a knock of 65 runs in his debut Test match, helping India put them in command position on the fourth day of the Kanpur Test.

Saha wrote on Twitter, “Success is not in what you have, but who you are. Glad to contribute to the team. @BCCI.”

Coming back into the match, the visitors now find themselves in trouble, ending at 4/1 and requiring 280 runs to win on the final day. India, on the other hand, would be confident of picking up the nine wickets they needed to win on a pitch that helped their spinners.
