Hyderabad: Telangana 106 new Covid-19 cases were reported on Thursday, pushing the tally to 6,72,052, while the death toll rose to 3,961 with one more fatality.
NS Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) recorded the highest number of 49 cases, followed by Ranga Reddy (9) and Khammam (7), said a bulletin of the state government providing details by 5.30 pm on Thursday.
With 179 people recovering from the disease, excluding 3,879 active cases, the cumulative number of recoveries stood at 6,64,212.
The bulletin said 22,650 samples were tested on Thursday and the total number tested so far is 2,77,01,242.
The samples tested per million population were 7,44,256.
