As the city’s shopping circuit gears up for the upcoming festive season, the bi-annual pop-up, The Armoire, is set to get its festive edit in Chennai this weekend. With labels including Devanagari, Loka By Virali, Mohd Mazhar, Yam India, Notebook, Love Choje, Anash among others, the 16th edition of the event will bring “a collection of easy-to-wear Indian, fusion and western clothing and accessories”, says founder Nandini Varshni Said that the team aims to present a mix of first-timers and bestsellers in every edition.

Mohammad Mazhar, the founder and creative director of his label (of the same name), hails from the small town of Saharanpur in western UP.
