The trailer of Shamal Sulaiman-starrer Jackson Bazaar Youth is a hit with the audience

Director Sulaiman explained how the Jackson Bazar Youth artistes have been trained to play the trumpet.

Debutant director Shamal Suleman is coming up with a film based on the concept of brass band titled Jackson Bazar Youth. Malayalam character artist Indrans will play the antagonist in the film. It shows the members of a band enjoying their work and slowly gaining popularity on social media.

The trailer then transitions to glimpse a troubled phase in the life of one of the band members. A ruthless police officer (Indrans) is introduced who takes stern action against the band members. How the young members of Jackson’s Bazar deal with the problem is the main theme of the film’s story. The film also stars Lukman Awaran, Jaffar Idukki and Chinnu Chandni in important roles. Abhiram Radhakrishnan, Faheem Safar and Anagha Ashok also starred in the film.

One of the audience members commented that Luqman’s acting skills were improving with every film. Another remarked that the combination of Luqman and Jaffer Idukki would prove to be the highlight of Jackson’s Bazaar Youth. While the other wrote that after watching the trailer, he is feeling that Jackson Bazaar Youth is going to be a hit. Others are also excited to see Suleman’s first project as a filmmaker.

Zakaria, Shafi Walia Paramba and Dr. Salman have produced this film. Usman Marath is associated as a writer while Govind Vasant has composed the music. Cinematography is done by Deepak D Menon.

In an interview with a portal, director Sulaiman revealed how the Jackson Bazaar Youth artistes have been trained to play the trumpet. He said that the main shooting locations of the film were Kollam and Thiruvananthapuram. The director also said that his film will be a feel-good family drama. It will show the story of the band team, their fans, survival, friendship and other elements. Suleman also said that it was producer Zakaria who gave him the idea for the film.

Prior to this, Sulaiman has worked as an assistant director on films such as Sudanese from Nigeria, Halal Love Story and Momo in Dubai. These films were well received by the audience.
