The Lodhi, New Delhi brings to the capital a rare dining experience on 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th February 2023 with X Artisanal Alchemy at Noon. The gastronomic travelogue from the foothills of Karakoram to the heart of Delhi is a collaboration between the two. Two female chefs – Vanika Chowdhary of ingredient-driven restaurants Noon and Sequel, Mumbai, and Kunjes Angmo of Ladakh-based culinary experience and food processing brand, Artisanal Alchemy.
