The CPI(M) was implementing it with the help of its feeder organizations because the BJP leadership in the state was not strong enough to execute it, Mr. Satisan said. Meanwhile, Kalpetta police arrested 25 SFI activists in connection with the attack on MP Rahul Gandhi’s regional office here. Police have made tight security arrangements in the district and Kannur range DIG Rahul R. Nairs are camping here to take stock of the situation.
